Sad Day.

Today i woke up and i found a text message from my best friend, Agustina. Her grandfather died. He had been sick for 10 years, at least, with Alzheimer's. It's sad... I remember when we were little and i used to hang out at her house, and her grandfather was always there. He was a sweet man. Ever since we finished high school I haven't been by her house all that much so i haven't really seen him, and since she got married 3 years ago, so I've been by her childhood home even less. But I'll never forget her grandfather, Don Barney.

This led me to think about my grandfather, who died October 20, 2002. 5 days after my 21st birthday. I have spent the entire day reminiscing of all the things we did. He used to take me to Target to buy a book and he would always give me money to buy him a Hersey's chocolate bar. To this day I have a Hersey's chocolate bar next to his picture. Silly I know, he won't be able to eat it, but if comforts me.

Please take the time today to think about people you've loved that have passed. Never forget them.

so tired!

This morning i had to drag myself out of bed. No matter how hard i try there is just no way for me to go to bed early... and i seem to always forget how tired i am in the morning when i go to bed late, i think to myself, "I'll just take a nap tomorrow..." hahahaha yeah right!

I NEED SLEEP!!!!

Where have all the Rubber Bands gone?

Last week our rubber bands started disappearing.. i went looking all over for them and i couldn't find them anywhere...
Until i saw my boss, Ron, with a bouncy ball.. Which happened to be all our rubber bands...





it now weighs 10.2 ounces, it probably weighs a pound by now.. he takes rubber bands home with him so that he can add to it when he isn't at work. Crazy man!

Work work work...

I'm at work, its all i seem to be doing.. i just joined the borders team, once again. i need extra cash so i work on the weekends there.. during the week its at the University of Miami Richter Library... fun fun.. you could say I'm obsessed with books... I won't hold it against you...

This is my first entry since 2006, and i have been up to no good. Not surprising i think...

I've decided to start taking photos and actually posting them up here.. its about time..
I'll post today with pictures of my prints later today. you can all see how well or crappy they come out...
